The basic function of a Kitchen Fire Suppression System is to automatically detect a fire and put it out. The versatile state-of-the-art wet chemical distribution technique, combined with dual, independent activation capability, automatic fusible link or manual release provides efficient, reliable protection the moment a fire is detected. In addition to your Kitchen Fire Suppression System, you must have a portable pressurized wet chemical extinguisher. Expanded capability provides automatic shutdown for gas equipment , propane, and electrical system shutdown.
